UAN Helping Pets Caught in Fire & Flood

Today's story comes to us from United Animal Nations:
It’s often said that disasters bring out the best in people, but apparently they can bring out the best in our pets, too.

At the temporary animal shelter in Cedar Rapids, Cali, a cat who was rescued from the flooding in Cedar Rapids, took charge of three newborn kittens when they were separated from their mother.

You can read the rest of the story here.

UAN volunteers are currently caring for hundreds of animals displaced by the floods in Iowa and the fires in California.
